The Office of Real Estate Services with the City of Austin is now accepting applications for an Appraiser Senior position.聽 Under limited supervision, this position performs complex appraisal assignments, including multiple parcel projects, parcels with multiple types of development restrictions and different property types, and performs market research tasks related to the acquisition and/or lease of real estate for the City of Austin.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Real Estate, Public Administration, or a related field, plus four (4) years of experience in commercial appraisal activities
  • Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years
  • State Certified General Appraiser

Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for Oklahoma City, OK

The Oklahoma Office of Integra Realty Resources is seeking an experienced state-certified commercial real estate appraiser with the ability to complete appraisal assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight.聽 Candidate will preferably have strengths in one or more of the primary property types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, land and/or sub-division analysis.聽 Specific duties include analysis of commercial real estate and production of commercial real estate appraisal reports, market studies, and other real estate analyses and advisory services.

Chase Home Lending Staff Appraiser- Dallas (Remote)

The Chase Staff Appraiser is responsible for performing appraisals and reviews of residential property types for the Chase Mortgage Banking group. Geographic competency within key market area is required to perform appraisal assignments in a professional manner in compliance with USPAP, federal, state, and Chase requirements. This high caliber appraiser will be trained specifically on Chase valuation requirements and quality standards. The successful candidate will function as an individual contributor and demonstrate strong knowledge of appraisal practices and methodology.

  • State Certified Residential Appraiser will perform residential appraisals for single-family properties, to include condominiums, cooperatives, and multi-family units (1-4 units).
  • Performs collateral review on 1-4 unit property appraisal reports completed by third party originators.
